What mattered most for Kerry and David on their wedding day was to capture their story as authentically and candidly as possible. While those properly posed images are stunning, nothing beats a good canid moment. This type of style of photography has slowly but surely been making its way to the market and I am actually super excited about it. Just two days before the new year, Kerry and David had the most stunning winter wedding at this New Jersey wedding venue, Hotel LBI. While oftentimes I shoot weddings at Hotel LBI during the warmer months, it’s not often I have the opportunity to shoot at this New Jersey wedding venue during winter! Kerry and David’s Hotel LBI New Jersey winter wedding was one permanently engrained in my mind and hopefully in yours too.

Kerry & David’s Hotel LBI New Jersey Winter Wedding

Since it was right before New Years, Hotel LBI had a lot of winter decor still hanging throughout the venue. This not only looked absolutely beautiful, but allows for you to not have to spend as much on wedding decor. In my eyes, this is a major plus! Being that it was winter, Kerry and David chose their color palette to surround a ton of greenery, creams and whites. With this alone, it made everything look incredibly lush and elegant which was exactly the vibe that they were going for.

Kerry and David’s wedding at Hotel LBI was one that was filled with so much love and passion. Together these two celebrated with all of their close family and friends and it was a blast! Kerry looked absolutely stunning in BOTH of her dresses by Sarah Seven. Seriously, my jaw was on the floor. Her bouquet curated by Reynolds Garden Shop also paired beautifully with her wedding look and David’s blush tone suit jacket which I thought was a beautiful touch. I was able to document their wedding day through both digital and film, so throughout this post you will see them sprinkled throughout. I think it adds a beautiful and nostalgic touch which is one of my many reasons why I love when couples want to include film in their wedding packages!
