Something that sets my soul on fire when it comes to wedding days are couples who put the time and dedication into every single detail. All of the time, effort and planning that went into creating their wedding day an absolute dream. Today’s story surrounding Bernadette and Steve. Together, these two had the most beautiful Loch Aerie Mansion Wedding. Filled with so much beauty, a color palette to die for and the attention to detail was just *chefs kiss*. It’s was a gorgeous winter wedding day that JPP is proud to share.

Bernadette & Steve’s Loch Aerie Mansion Wedding
Oftentimes, Winter weddings have not been the “go-to” time to tie the knot. Frankly, I don’t see why not since you are given some of the best color palettes ever. Not only that, but cost-wise a lot of wedding venues are much less expensive in the off-season than peak-season! So let me first start off by saying, Bernadette and Steve’s color palette for their wedding was absolutely divine. Since it was Winter, they stuck with gorgeous earthy tones, greens, blush pinks and neutrals. However, when it came to Bernadette and Steve’s florals, bold reds made the ultimate statement. Bernadette looked like a winter wonderland princess in her Van Cleve Bridal dress and her bold red lip thanks to Elegance Artistry Group paired beautifully with this look.
Having a Winter wedding also allows you to double-end on your wedding decor and using some more holiday decor during your wedding. Garlands strung along the sides of the grand staircase at the Loch Aerie Mansion. The perfect location for Bernadette and Steve’s first look. Since the Loch Aerie Mansion surrounds itself on this gorgeous gothic-dark style, using key features of this restored home were key during their wedding portraits.
Followed by their portraits was a beautiful and touching indoor wedding ceremony and reception. The ceremony being in the Loch Aerie Mansion ballroom. With beautiful natural light peaking in through the windows and twinkling lights, it was surely perfect. Shortly after the ceremony and a brief cocktail hour, the ballroom was turned into their reception space. The recurring theme of twinkling lights carried into the reception matched with blooming greenery and lit candles. Everyone danced the night away as we celebrated Bernadette and Steve’s forever journey together.
